Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed.

The sales agreement is valid as soon as the payment has been made. Delivery can be done up to 45 days, it depends on our stock availability.

Price and shipping costs

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. All shipping costs will be displayed once you add to basket. Alternately, you can go to FAQs to find out shipping cost details. There are no hidden charges; you only pay what you see.

Return Policy

We offer refunds for any product that was indicated in stock when they were purchased and not for products Made to order , Made to measure and Hygiene products. All products must be returned within 7 days from the date they were received. Postage is not refundable.

We offer an exchange for any product that is returned within 7 days from the date it was received except made to measure products and hygiene products. Both ways of shipping cost will be on customers’ costs. 

Both return and exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization No (RMA). RMA must be applied within 24 hours once you receive the products. We DO NOT issue RMA number once the parcel has been received more than 24 hours. You can apply the RMA number over the phone 020 8655 1666 (9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri) or email us to orders@sexyher.co.uk (24/7).  If you dont receive any email reply you need to ring us to obtain an RMA. For details on how to make a return or exchange, see FAQs.  Any returns without a RMA number and sent back within 7 days will be subject to a charge. Any returns sent back after 7 days will be returned to sender. The RMA Number expires after 24 hours, so once it is issued, you need to send back ASAP. Any return received after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange. All returns including packaging must be in the same condition of which they were received, products must be unworn, no perfume and tags(or Label) on. If the product has any sign of worn or stain, it will not be refunded. All our dresses has security tag, once it is removed, the dress cannot be returned.

We do not offer any refund for products that are Made to order, Made to measure and Hygiene. 

PLEASE NOTICE: For non standard colour dresses neither exchange nor refund is possible!

Faulty Products

Any faulty products must be returned within 7 days in original condition for a refund. Over 7 days, any products can neither be returned nor exchanged.  As all our products are hand made, so might have removable stain, we don’t consider this as defected products. Any product that has been purposely made faulty by the customer will be sent off to be examined and if we feel that this is not a manufacturing error will be sent back to the consumer.

In the case you force to zip up when the dress is too tight, we cannot issue you a refund but only a replacement dress. Postage would be on your cost.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please send the parcel back to us by recorded delivery as we take no responsibility for the parcel until we receive it.

Cancellation

For made to measure orders, once order is placed, we dont accept neither return nor exchange as they are already in the progress of manufacturing.

For made to order orders, once order is placed, you can cancel or exchange to other in stock items within 7 days,  it cannot be cancelled after 7 days.

Delivery

For in stock items, we do next day delivery for UK customers. For none in stock items, delivery usually takes up to 45 days. If there is any delay we will inform customer via email. 

However, for uncontrollable reasons such as traffic, weather, unrecognized address or strike etc, the delivery might be delayed and we will take no reliabilities for the delay.

For next day delivery service, our delivery carrier only make two attempts. If customer is not at home to sign for it for second time, then third time delivery will be £3 pounds. Customer can either collect the products himself or ring us on 08712002084 and quote his order number to make the payment for third time delivery. 

Please Note: Once the orders are dispatched, your delivery address cannot be changed. So we suggest  you put the convenient delivery address where you can be there and sign for it. If you cannot be there to sign for it, you need to go to local depot to collect it yourself.

We have the right to make partial deliveries, when the partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
