Terms & Condition

Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed.

The sales agreement is valid as soon as the payment has been made. Delivery can be done up to 45 days, it depends on our stock availability.


Price and shipping costs

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. All shipping costs will be displayed once you add items to basket. There are no hidden charges; you only pay what you see.

There are lots chinese websites nowadays selling directly to UK customers, unlike sexyher.co.uk, you might end up paying a big amount of import duty and VAT, a much higher shipping charge and more importantly, when you want to return or exchange the items you bought, you will have to ship back the items to China with a big cost.

Return Policy

1. Refunds:

  • 1) We offer refund for any product that was indicated in stock when they were purchased;
  •  
  • 2) we do not offer any refund for Made to orderMade to measure and Hygiene products. 
  •  
  • 3) All products must be returned within 7 days from the date they were received. Postage is not refundable.

2. Exchanges:

  • 1) We offer an exchange for any product that is returned within 7 days from the date it was received except made to measure and hygiene products. Both ways of shipping cost will be on customers’ costs.

  • 2) For non standard colour dresses neither exchange nor refund is possible.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

  • 1) Both return and exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization No (RMA). RMA must be applied within 24 working hours once you receive the products. We DO NOT issue RMA number once the parcel has been received more than 24 working hours.

  • 2) You can apply the RMA number over the phone 020 8655 1666 (9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri) or email us to orders@sexyher.co.uk (24/7).  If you dont receive any email reply you need to ring us to obtain an RMA. For details on how to make a return or exchange, see FAQs.

  • 3) Any returns without a RMA number and sent back within 7 days will be subject to a charge. Any returns sent back after 7 days will be returned to sender.


     

     

     

  • 4) The RMA Number expires after 24 working hours, so once it is issued, you need to send back ASAP. Any return received after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange.

  • 5) All returns including packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received, products must be unworn, no perfume and tags on. If the product has any sign of worn or stain, it will not be refunded. All our dresses has security tag, once it is removed, the dress cannot be returned.

     

     

  • 6) IMPORTANT NOTES: Please send the parcel back to us by recorded delivery as we take no responsibility for the parcel until we receive it.

     

     

     

     

Faulty Products 

  • 1) Any faulty products must be returned within 7 days in original condition for a refund. Over 7 days, any products can neither be returned nor exchanged. 
  •  
  • 2) As all our products are hand made, so might have removable stain, we don’t consider this as defective products. Any product that has been purposely made faulty by the customer will be sent off to be examined and if we feel that this is not a manufacturing error, it will be sent back to the consumer.

  • 3) In the case you force to zip up when the dress is too tight, we cannot issue you a refund but only a replacement dress. Postage would be on your cost.
  •  
  • 4) These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation

  • 1) For made to measure order, once order is placed, we don't accept neither return nor exchange after 24 working hours as they are already in the progress of manufacturing.

  • 2) For made to order order, once order is placed, you can cancel or exchange to other in stock items within 7 days,  it cannot be cancelled after 7 days.
  •  

Delivery

  • 1) For in stock items, we do next working day delivery for UK customers. For non in stock items, delivery is within 45-60 days. If there is any delay we will inform customer via email.  In most cases we can deliver within the 45 days period, however for uncontrollable reasons we will not take any responsibilities for any delays which might include (Weather conditions, Strikes, Traffics etc...)

  • 2) For next day delivery service, we use either citylink, interlink or royalmail, its up to us which one to use. Both city link and Interlink Express only make two attempts. If customer is not at home to sign for it for second time, 
  •  
  • for Interlink, then customer can re-arrange for a delivery on http://www.interlinkexpress.com, Customer can also collect the parcel from their local depot or ring interlink on 01737760055. 
  •  
  • For citylink you must call them on 01372745888 or 01372734200 to arrange another delivery or collect from the local depo. 
  •  
  • For Royal Mail, they try to delivery once, if you are not there to sign for it, a 'while you were out card' will be left, you can arrange another delivery online https://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/eredelivery?catId=37000673&gear=authentication

  • 3) Please Note: Once the orders are dispatched, your delivery address cannot be changed. So we suggest that you put a convenient delivery address where someone will be there to sign for it. If you cannot be there to sign for it, you will need to go to local depot to collect it yourself or call them to arrange  redelivery.

  • 4) We have the right to make partial deliveries, when the partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
