Made To Order Product means the product was not in stock when you ordered it. It does not have to be tailor-made products, it can be none in stock item or non standard color products. We make it only after you ordered it, so delivery takes up to 45 days (sometimes can be much sooner than that). Therefore, for MTO product, you can only cancel it within 7 days once you place the order. After 7 days, only exchange can be provided for products which are in standard color and standard size. Products in non standard color can neither be refunded nor exchanged.
