Made to Measure product is the product specially made to suit your own interest, it can not be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
These are tailor-made products, you must provide your measurements accurately. The delivery takes up to 45 days (sometimes can be much sooner than that). Therefore for MTM product, you can only cancel it within 7 days once you place the order, after 7 days, it can not be refunded or exchanged.

What is Made to Measure?
We do standard sizes for all our dresses from UK8-22, size chart is available in every product detail page. Sometimes our standard sized dresses might not fit you and it is very important for you to get a perfect fit when you buy a dress for special event, and so do we! So for some dresses rather than make it in a standard size, we do it according to the measurements you provide to us.
If you think our standard size is hardly to fit your figure, then do made to measure!
How to measure your size? It’s simpler than you think!
Tips for a perfect fit
Getting Started: Place tape measure over your undergarments. Keep the tape measure comfortably loose, NOT too loose! If you fall in between sizes, always order the next larger size (if you want to order standard size).
- 1. Bust: Measure around your body just under your arms. Put the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Follow back of your bra strap to keep the tape level. (Keep arms relaxed!)
- 2. Waist: Measure around the smallest part following your natural waistline. Or measure where you wear your skirt or pants.
- 3. Hips: Stand with your feet together then measure around the fullest part of your hip. If you have bigger thighs than the hip, simply take the measurement, same way as you measure your hip, and then inform us by phone ASAP after placing the order online.
- 4. Length: We need two length measurements. Measure the length from the top of your shoulder at neckline, passing the nipple, to the waist line. Then measure from waist line to wherever you want it to be, I.e., floor, or ankle etc. Tape should be kept tight when passing through the nipple. Remember to take the measurement with the shoes you will be wearing or a similar size heel.
- 5. Shoulder Width: Measure from the back, Shoulder seams distance of your blouse. Not all dresses need this measurement.
