        All sexyher dresses are unlike many of the machine made products, they are ALL HAND MADE. The beads, embroideries, diamonds, crystals are sewed by hands on each dress, it can sometimes take a week to finish a dress, each dress is not only a dress but indeed an handcraft art. see images below and you will understand how we make them.

  • What is RMA number?

    RMA number means Return Merchandise Authorization Number, how to apply an RMA Number?

    1) Both return and exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization No (RMA). RMA must be applied within 24 working hours once you receive the products. We do not issue RMA number once the parcel has been received more than 24 working hours. 

    2) You can apply the RMA number over the phone 020 8655 1666 (9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri) or email us at orders@sexyher.co.uk (24/7) or using online live chat.  If you dont receive any email reply you need to ring us to obtain a RMA. For details on how to make a return or exchange, see FAQs.

    3) Any returns without a RMA number and sent back within 7 days will be subject to a charge. Any returns sent back after 7 days will be returned to sender.

     

     

    4) The RMA Number expires after 24 working hours, so once it is issued, you need to send back ASAP. Any return received after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange.

  • How to make an exchange?

    We are happy to offer exchange your products to any other products or any other size under below conditions,

    1) The products must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc. We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of worn,we will not be able to exchange them but return back to customers;

    2) The products you ordered are not Made to measure, non-standardard colore or Hygiene;

    3) You must return the products within 7 days from the date you receive the RMA number.

     Please follow below steps to make an exchange:

    1) Please email us at orders@sexyher.co.uk, call us on 020 8655 1666 (9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri), or using online live chat to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA), and also tell us what product (including product code, colour and size) you want to exchange to. You must applied for the RMA within 24 hours!  Please do quote your order number when you contact us. The order number was sent to you via email when the order was completed, and shipped. Sometimes it might get caught by your junk mail box.

    2) After you receive the RMA number, please fill in the customer form and return it back with the parcel. RMA number must appear outside of the parcel. Returning address os Sexyher.co.uk, 3-4 Sundridge Place, Croydon, CR06FF, United Kingdom.

    3) When we receive the parcel with RMA number within 7 days, we will process the exchange. For none in stock item it might take up to 45 days. So if you need the product urgently we suggest exchangig for the in stock items.

    Important Notes for Exchange:

    1) RMA must be applied within 24 working hours once you receive the products. We do not issue RMA number once the parcel has been received more than 24 working hours. If you dont receive any email reply you need to ring us asap to obtain a RMA. The RMA Number expires after 24 working hours, so once it is issued, you need to send back ASAP. Any return sent back after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange.

    2) All our dresses has security tag, once it is removed, the dress cannot be returned.

    3) Shipping cost for exchange (both ways) is at customers expenses.

    4) We suggest sending the parcel back to us by recorded delivery as we take no responsibility for the parcel until we receive it.

  • The products are not suitable, how to get a refund?

     

    We are happy to offer refund for any return under below conditions

    1) We offer refund for any product that was indicated in stock when it was purchased; The product must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc. We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of being worn, we will not be able to exchange them but return back to customers;

     

    2) we do not offer any refund for Made to orderMade to measure and Hygiene products. 

    3) All products must be returned within 7 days from the date they were received. Postage is not refundable. 


     
     Please follow below steps to make a return:

  • Does your size come smaller or bigger?

    If you are a size 20 in a causal wear you might not be a size 20 in evening dresses. The reason is because our evening dresses are specially made on mannequin in order to fit perfectly. And most of the dresses are not as stretchy or as loose as causal wear. You might need a bigger size as they do come smaller. For size information please look at product detail pages (you can see product detail page when you click product image)

  • If the standard size dont fit me, what to do?

    If you have ordered our standard size dresses, but still does not fit you, we are here to solve your problem, we provide professional Made To Measure Service for only 25 pounds extra, you can also order MTM products online straight away!   • I want to buy some bridesmaid dresses, can you help?

    We understand that the importance of making a perfect wedding day, so you are welcome to come to our showroom in croydon to look our dresses in person so that you can decide the colors and style. Or if you are far away, you can call us on 02086551666, or email us on orders@sexyher.co.uk  to get some professional advice. You can also buy some color swatches online to see the actual materials and color shade. For most of our bridesmaid dresses, we can do tailor made service, also any other colours rather than the one in our website.

    For most of our bridesmaid dresses, if you cant see the colour you need, we can almost do any colour you need, all you need to do is just give us a call on 020 8655 1666 or email us on orders@sexyher.co.uk. you can buy a colour swatches from us even they are not on the website. You can simply order for any colour then once you place the order, email back and tell us what colour you need, then you will recieve the colour swatches in a short time. Please note that different batch of goods, the color can be slightly different, so please order everything in one order..

  • What is the delivery time?

    For In stock item, we offer Next Working Day Delivery services within the UK. All orders made before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next day for UK buyers, Next Day delivery service ensures you receive any time before 5:30pm next day (Except orders made on Friday and weekend). .  If you are expecting a delivery and you were not in then you can call Interlink Express on 01737760055.  If you have received a while you were out card then you can go on http://www.interlinkexpress.com to re-arrange your delivery.

    Note: Interlink Express will not leave a while you were out card for flat addresses, so if you are expecting a delivery and you were not in then please call 01737760055 to re-arrange a delivery, you will need to quote your order number.

    For EU buyers, it usually takes about 5-7 working days to reach, it might take longer.
    For Non-EU buyers, it usually takes about 7-10 working days to reach, it might take longer.
    For Made to order item, it usually takes about 45 days to reach, if it is longer than 45 days our team will inform you via email.

  • How much is the shipping cost?

    All shipping costs will show after you choose the right country (UK, EU or Non-EU countries) and add the items to your shopping basket. Shipping cost includes delivery charge, packing and handling fees, no extra hidden cost.

  • Do I need to be at home to sign for it? What if I am unable to be at home?

    Our delivery service requires a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for your own convenience. Delivery Carrier will leave a while you were out card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.

    Please Note:

    For next day delivery service, we use either citylink, interlink or royalmail, its up to us which one to use. Both city link and Interlink Express only make two attempts. If customer is not at home to sign for it for second time, 

    for Interlink, then customer can re-arrange for a delivery on http://www.interlinkexpress.com, Customer can also collect the parcel from their local depot or ring interlink on 01737760055. 

    For citylink you must call them on 01372745888 or 01372734200 to arrange another delivery or collect from the local depo. 

    For Royal Mail, they try to delivery once, if you are not there to sign for it, a 'while you were out card' will be left, you can arrange another delivery onlinehttps://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/eredelivery?catId=37000673&gear=authentication

    Once the orders are dispatched, your delivery address cannot be changed. So we suggest that you put a convenient delivery address where someone will be there to sign for it. If you cannot be there to sign for it, you will need to go to local depot to collect it yourself or call them to arrange  redelivery.

    We have the right to make partial deliveries, when the partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.

  • What payment methods you accept?

    We have a number of payment options. We accept all major credit cards, we also accept Bank transfer, postal order and personal cheque, please contact us on orders@sexyher.co.uk for details. Except UK buyers and Non-EU countries, only cards payments are accepted, no cheque payment is accepted.

  • Why my credit/debit card didn't go through?

    The main reason why the payment can't go through is the wrong billing address.
    Billing address MUST exactly match your credit/debit card billing address because we are using AVS (Address Verification System).
    This is done for both your and our protection against fraud.

    Sometimes if one card didnt go through, you can try another card, alternately just give us a call to make the order over the phone.

  • When I make a online payment, why the system ask me for a security password?

     

    We are currently using HSBC esecure payment system, when you place the order online, for some cards, like Visa or master card, the payment system will ask you to put (if you already had one) or create a secure password (if you dont have one). This allows you to enter a secret password that only you know. Without this password, a charge card transaction can't be completed. Since only you know the password, your card is protected from fraudulent use. This service is designed to prevent unauthorized use of your credit cards and to help prevent theft of your identity. Your security password is sent directly to your bank and no one except you know about it.

  • I don't see my size - do you have it?

    We generally make a range of dresses in standard sizes from UK 8 to UK 22, for some dresses we do made to measure.. You can choose your specific size (bust, waist, hip and length) and we will make it for you!

  • How to check whether a product in stock or not?

    Please Note: Below is sample
    See the image; it is a sample of products stock availability shows on Sexyher website. It is in every product detail page. If it’s in Grey Cross, means not in stock, in Red Tick, means in stock. Different location refers to the stock in that colour, what sizes are available and what sizes are not. If you have ordered none in stock products, but you need it urgently, you can either exchange to other products or cancel the order immediately.

  • Whate is MTO (Made To Order) and MTM (Made To Measure)?

    Made To Order Product means the product was not in stock when you ordered it, only when you order it then we make it, so delivery takes up to 45 days (sometimes can be much sooner than that). Therefore for MTO product, you can only cancel it within 7 days once you place the order, after 7 days, only exchange can be provided.
     
    Made to Measure product is the product specially made to suit your own interest, it can not be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

  • Do prices include VAT / Sales Tax?

    Yes, all prices stated in our categories include VAT and Sales Tax in Europe. Orders outside Europe may be subject to Taxes on arrival (very unlikely). You pay only for what you see, there is no any hidden charge.

    We are an online company however we do have a show room in London. You are welcome to book an appointment to see our wide ranges of dresses.   • Will my order be discreetly packaged?

    All products are dispatched by us and are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, unhampered arrival to your door.

  • How do you pack the dresses?

    Sexyher aims to provide the best quality products with reasonable price, we don't provide luxurious box or hanger packaging. We pack the dresses in clear bag and send by express service in their polyester bags. Dresses might need to be steam ironed once you receive them.

  • What to do if the dress is creased during the delivery?

    As we dont sell our products at high price, so we only send our products out in a small packaging, this might cause some creases during delivery. There are few ways to remove the creases.

    1.Leave the dress to hang in the batroom for a few days and let the steam do the job.

    2. if you have a steam iron, then you simply hange the dress and iron it with the steam.

    3. if you dont have a steam iron, put the dress flat on your iron board, put a thin cloth on it then iron on the cloth.

  • Why do you need my phone number and email add? Do you send product mails to me regularly?

    We need your phone number if we need to contact you only regarding your order. We need your email to send order confirmation for payment, delivery etc. we don?t send any other emails to you unless you sign up with our newsletter.
