Delivery
- 1) For in stock items, we do next working day delivery for UK customers. For non in stock items, delivery is within 45-60 days. If there is any delay we will inform customer via email. In most cases we can deliver within the 45 days period, however for uncontrollable reasons we will not take any responsibilities for any delays which might include (Weather conditions, Strikes, Traffics etc...)

- 2) For next day delivery service, we use either citylink, interlink or royalmail, its up to us which one to use. Both city link and Interlink Express only make twoattempts. If customer is not at home to sign for it for second time,

- for Interlink, then customer can re-arrange for a delivery on http://www.interlinkexpress.com, Customer can also collect the parcel from their local depot or ring interlink on 01737760055.

- For citylink you must call them on 01372745888 or 01372734200 to arrange another delivery or collect from the local depo.

- 3) Please Note: Once the orders are dispatched, your delivery address cannot be changed. So we suggest that you put a convenient delivery address where someone will be there to sign for it. If you cannot be there to sign for it, you will need to go to local depot to collect it yourself or call them to arrange redelivery.

- 4) We have the right to make partial deliveries, when the partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
Return Policy
1. Refund:
We are happy to offer refund for any return under below conditions
- 1) We offer refund for any product that was indicated in stock when it was purchased; The product must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc. We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of being worn, we will not be able to exchange them but return back to customers;

- 2) we do not offer any refund for Made to order, Made to measure and Hygiene products.

- 3) All products must be returned within 7 days from the date they were received. Postage is not refundable.

You must applied for the RMA within 24 hours! Please do quote your order number when you contact us. The order number was sent to you via email when the order was completed, and shipped. Sometimes it might get caught by your junk mail box.
- 2) After you receive the RMA number, please fill in the customer form and return it back with the parcel. RMA number must appear outside of the parcel. Returning address os Sexyher.co.uk, 3-4 Sundridge Place, Croydon, CR06FF, United Kingdom.
3) When we receive the product with RMA number within 7 days, we will issue the refund (less an original shipping charges).
You should expect a refund in the same form of payment you originally used within 7 business days(from the date we receive the item).
2. Exchange:
We are happy to offer exchange your products to any other products or any other size under below conditions,
- 1) The products must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc. We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of worn,we will not be able to exchange them but return back to customers;

- 2) The products you ordered are not Made to measure, non-standardard colore or Hygiene;

- 3) When we receive the parcel with RMA number within 7 days, we will process the exchange. For none in stock item it might take up to 45 days. So if you need the product urgently we suggest exchangig for the in stock items.
Important Notes for Exchange:
- 1) RMA must be applied within 24 working hours once you receive the products. We do not issue RMA number once the parcel has been received more than 24 working hours. If you dont receive any email reply you need to ring us asap to obtain a RMA.
The RMA Number expires after 24 working hours, so once it is issued, you need to send back ASAP. Any return sent back after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange.
Any returns without a RMA and sent back within 7 days will be subject to a charge.

- 2) All our dresses has security tag, once it is removed, the dress cannot be returned.

- 3) Shipping cost for exchange (both ways) is at customers expenses.

4) We suggest sending the parcel back to us by recorded delivery as we take no responsibility for the parcel until we receive it.

Faulty Products
- 1) Any faulty products must be returned within 7 days in original condition for a refund. Over 7 days, any products can neither be returned nor exchanged.

- 2) As all our products are hand made, so might have removable stain, we don’t consider this as defective products. Any product that has been purposely made faulty by the customer will be sent off to be examined and if we feel that this is not a manufacturing error, it will be sent back to the consumer.

- 3) In the case you force to zip up when the dress is too tight, we cannot issue you a refund but only a replacement dress. Postage would be on your cost.

- 4) These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation
- 1) For made to measure order, once order is placed, we don't accept neither return nor exchange after 24 working hours as they are already in the progress of manufacturing.

- 2) For made to order order, once order is placed, you can cancel or exchange to other in stock items within 7 days, it cannot be cancelled after 7 days.
